Light Children

Light Children is a graphic novel. An epic story of the Orphans of Westover Lake, a sanctuary for abandoned children of the Light People. When the orphans ask their guardians why their parents rejected them, they always receive the same answer: “You were never rejected, we rescued you from your dreadful parents. They couldn’t see how special you are.” However, the children know that when their guardians say “special”, they are speaking of the orphans’ “light” deformities.
